A flash is not warranty work and you will have to pay for it. So they'll do it no problem.

Here are some REAL WORLD NUMBERS... Bone Stock HHR SS with GMS1

Dyno Jet: at 56* outside.... made 285whp and 290wtq

MY TUNE ontop of the GMS1... 306whp and 360wtq WOOT. Same dyno about 10 minutes in between.

There is potential with the GM tune but it is VERY VERY VERY WEAK, and his did have 1-3* of KR in certain spots

Idk I have the gms1 and I'm doing 271whp and 310wtq no bolts so that seem weird that ur only doing 286hp and that must tq. If u go to the dyno with. The gms1 forums everyone makes at least 260s or 270s whp but every car different. How much u boost?

On the stage kit I was at like 17. Now with hp tuners I'm at 24 steady. The dyno I dynod on was all sorts of fucked up. Keep in mind that my numbers are with the stage kit and not a custom tune

His GMS1 tune was right around 20psi on my tune was about 22-23.

The biggest thing I did was richen it up a little bit, tune out the knock he was getting with it, and add a little timing, and boost.

a 65wtq increase was more than he was expecting.

If a dealer doesn't notice your intercooler they are ******* dumb...

If they don't notice charge pipes they are ******* dumb...

Hell as soon as I drove up they noticed what I had done... but anyway the GMS1 tune is very weak, and has tons of potential that is all I was trying to get across.

Yes I know it is weak but it is better then stock and I need the warranty because my car is my job....after a get another car for work I will then see the gains of a full bolted tuned cobalt with the GMS1 tell then 20psi is fine

That about sums up most dealers. Hell my dealer didnt even know the SS/TC existed until I brought them mine. He was like "Those wheels and brakes are really nice. Are they stock?" "Its turbocharged? Wow!" or my favorite... "I like it better than the new Camaros" lol
