Hey guys,

Suddenly my GMS1 balt began to start running rough. Power seems to be cutting in and out sporadically. Usually when my rpm's are low and i apply the gas slowly, my car seems to lurch and not put power down smoothly. I've also noticed that it seems to be stalling a lot easier. Now my check engine light just came on. What is going on here? Any ideas?

x2, warranty is why you got GMS1 instead of an aftermarket tune.

 

Common problems are:

K&N oil getting on MAF
Lower sensor not properly seated / not wired properly / dealer did not solder the wires.

I got 3 CELS from my K&N filter I cleaned the MAF with cleaner and also the lower Sensor on the CP and disconnected the battery......car runs great now no issues............YET.

 

I have the same exact symptoms. Its pretty intermittent, but most likely its an issue with the lower sensors wiring. I keep meaning to get it back to the dealership, but I hate letting them touch my car so Ive been putting it off. Its so intermittent I dont really care, plus I just recently figured out that when it happens if I put the car into competitive mode it resolves the issue.... I dont know if it was just a coincidence or not, but its worked a couple times so far.
