Every other light turns on the driving lights and interior lights but not the headlights not even when I turn the knob to turn them on

The driving lights turn on but not the headlights? Which ones are you referring to, the turn signals??

Anyway, my headlights werent turning on (hids) and i checked the wiring harness. Check every pkug. One of mine, though it was niceley weatherproof plugged, had some corrosion on it. Since both of ur headlights arent turning on, start checking everything up to where the harness splits to find it. Sometimes electrical cleaner helps take off the corrosion sometimes its too late and u need a new harness.

If all ur plugs seem clean, check the fuses and drl fusem check for shorts.
