hks surge or flutter?
Ive been reading and I have no clue what I have. From reading it sounds like they sound the same. I have an hks v2 bov and when I boost anything over 5 lbs it makes a flutter sound. I think from reading that its surge. will this fix it?

doesn't that act like a block off plate for the bpv? is that whats causing it?
