Typical .net owner. Supercharger is better because of sound.

I got an exam tomorrow, peacing out, will read the next 20 pages tomorrow, hehehehehee. see you guys in the PM!
And so it begins. This is what i was afraid of and find a post by me earlier...I said that one of the first posts would be something like this, stuff causing disharmony...and I was right.

Listen, I know you and your brother enjoy your fun and all that, but don't start bashing. My car is not second rate to a car that is the same thing with a different engine. Yes, it may not be as fast or whatever, but it is not second class.

I thought it was interesting how people were getting hyped up about it. I was too, but not to the extent of anger. The bolded is the only thing I have a problem with. It may be faster or handle nicer or whatever....but not "first class". I'd keep my balt over it any day.

I would keep my ss/sc as well. I like and will enjoy the tc'ed balt. Its a good addition...do I prefer turbos over superchargers? no. Undeniable turbos are more efficient, and make way more power, and with the VVT and the LNF's direct injection, its an amazing combination and a good engine that has a good amount of potential once the aftermarket jumps on it. Do I care? No. Its called an opinion/preference. There will always be someone faster, I don't need to be the fastest. I enjoy my car and will continue to, with or without the spooling snail. I enjoy my LSJ, and hope to enjoy my cobalt with L61's, LE5's, and LNF's.

HA HA HA HA HA HAHAH! THat is the funniest thing I have heard! Bring your quote unquote SS/TC down here and we'll see who's second class!

I think it's cool an all, I plan on test driving one... but it doesn't OUTCLASS an SS/SC they are the same car with different seats and motor (like comparing the SS/SC to the SS/NA of the 2007 model year!)

go drive both and be objective, maybe second class isn't the 'accurate' adjective, how about inferior "stock for stock" instead.

LNF>LSJ
FE5>FE3
Brembo's>OEM Stock
Fuel Economy

for starters...

granted we don't know cost yet, but...

Still no guarantee on that one... GM doesn't even list it as being an available option.

They'll be pretty much the same.
I'm pretty sure the specs to date are saying +1mpg in the city, -1mpg on the highway.

Never said it was better said i prefer it ovet the SS/TC. But with out a complete turbo and manifold and internal change on the SS/TC you probably wont break 300whp on it my OPINION
