I'm down for this, I'll go do this on winter tires

We tried doing this a few weeks ago on drag radials but my camera lady was having a very hard time not flying into the back seat once we launched from 40. Gotta love traction

put it to the floor and let off before it blows up from over revving

Mine doesn't hit redline with the KDWs. It hits 6-6500 and just holds. As soon as it bites I shift.

3rd gear would be good but it puts alot of strain on the car at low rpm.

lol you can see in my race with the s2k what happens. Front end lifts completely and goes right to redline. And i pedaled a bit and drop pressures to 25psi didnt help lol. you can pedal through alot of it but if you are racing someone with equal or higher power than you pedaling insnt gonna cut it.

alrght... donkey... i feather the throttle... and WOW! it gripped! actually very hard... never felt car pull that hard before... or was it the pull i felt? i couldnt really tell.. the ENTIRE car was shaking...

i did it twice. both time TREMENDOUS earthquake!!! wheel hoppin all over the place! my car thought it was a low rider... so i thought okay. maybe it was bad ground? so i go to a freshly paved new straight near my house... do it again... still wheel hopping everywhere!

hahaha. i think ill go back to WOT in 2nd, and just spin all the time

Get a set of rotated mounts from powell, that will help eliminate that wheel hop.

They work, I have em. Its just you also feel every vibration from your engine with em. You may want to try it at 1st leaving the stock motor mount on.
