How many times have you been to the shop with your Cobalt Turbo...

Six times in 2 years.
1) Rear brakes, HPFP leak.
2) HPFP leak (kept saying it was me dripping oil during oil changes.) They put dye in the oil.
3) HPFP leak. They finally tried to fix it per tech bulletin.
4) Power Steering assist motor failure. Replaced under warranty.
5) Rear brakes. They told me to go pound sand.
6) Punctured coldside pipe from radiator support bracket bolt. Bolt was removed and coldside piping replaced.
I still have a slow oil leak around the HPFP, btw. Technically, the only thing my shitty dealership has fixed is my punctured coldside pipe. They are a bunch of stone-cold IDIOTS.

5-6 times in the past 4 months.
1- change my Shift knob, wouldnt go into 5th gear.
2- sunfroof motor replaced
3- Tire pressure system replaced
4- sunroof is coming apart
5- Tire pressure system again. i think I went one more time but not too sure. This is all warranty. This car is a Lemon, going to get something sorted out soon. In the 2 years I had my GTI with all bolt ons + tune, just one ignition coil blew. That's it just once to the dealership never again.

Bought my car brand new April 23,2009 with 251 miles on it. Just hit 25140 miles last night.
Had mine in the shop once over a year ago, and I can't even remember why. It was some sort of recall that was really minor if I'm not mistaken.
Have had to change the rear brakes though, but I did that myself last year sometime also.

Had mine since July 08 and its got 51k miles. Been in 2 times both under warranty and both fine since.
1. Adjust sunroof cause it started to whistle the 1st winter when it got cold.
2. New rear pads and rotors about 30k miles ago.

Technically three times..
A/c wasn't getting very cold at 1,200 miles, replaced the control head and problem solved. It was an internal issue with the temperature control knob.
Key binding in the ignition at 1,800 miles. Happened once so I removed the lock cylinder, staked the tumbler plate, lubed it and reinstalled. No more issues and I'm at 10,800.
Blew the right end-tank off my intercooler at 7k miles. Stock boost and everything. Replaced under warranty.

Mine has been its fair share.
1. Needed a new alignment at about 2000 miles.
2. The cigarette lighter port didn't work since day one.
3. The key was stuck in the ignition.
4. 3rd gear syncro went bad, they had to replace the whole transmission.
5. The driver's seat broke and was stuck in the forward position. Had to have the car towed in.
6. The ignition broke again.
7. CEL came on it was misfiring, Dealer said they couldn't create the problem.
8. CEL again, they had to replace the Evap sensor.
9. The chrome was bubbling on the inside door handle.
And to the OP you should get in to contact with a Lemon Law Lawyer about your car being a Lemon or a breach or warranty case. Someone else that I know had a lot of problems with their Cobalt that got some money from GM.

The first one I broke by hitting a raccoon. That one was obvious and my insurance footed the bill for it. The next two were just exploded endtanks. It was obvious what happened, but my dealer still did everything they could to find some kind of tune or aftermarket parts, which I did not have. Now I have the ZZP IC because I wanted something more reliable and my 3/36 is over anyway. At the 3-year mark, I'm only at 16K miles, so I got kinda ripped off.
