Why would you create a thread, just to link it to another thread that you just created. If you wanted it to be seen that bad, you could have just posted the videos here or in the videos section instead of the auto cross one.

Sounds like fun. If I plan to run (big if), it will be Willow Springs big track.

 

I short shifted when it was raining hard, but there were times when it was just wet, and not raining. I would run it up to 6300 before shifting to 4th, but I let off the loud pedal way before the brake zone. I basically would cruise after getting to 110 to 120 mph, depending on conditions. In the dry, it's about 130mph on the front and back straights.

Coming out onto the front straight, there were rivers running across that track that you couldn't dodge. With FWD, you can get on the throttle way harder than RWD. The car will just suddenly step to the side, and as long as you don't try to do something stupid like correct, it will just go about its merry way rocketing down the straight. If you lift and correct, you're screwed. My friend likes to say, "Sometimes you just have to believe in the car." In the rain, he's right.

 

well you need tow hooks for that **** and i dont think you do but i will next weekend there having a track event at willow this weekend actually but its gonna be raining prob so yea **** that
