Yeah, I would say you have a serious issue.

Some A.A. meetings might help bring the problem to light and I personally find that just keeping busy keeps me from binge drinking.

but in respect to the code... I have no idea. Havent heard of a code for no relearn?

maybe a GMS1 guy can chime in here. I've heard that when one of the MAP sensors on the lower charge pipe isnt seated right, it can make a rich condition... but im not sure about a throttle actuator. sounds like a sensor for throttle body.

well **** me I found the problem. Pulled the air box off and noticed one of the plastic brackets missing on the factory air filter. bastard sucked up through the turbo................vaporized the plastic bracket and ran some of the powder through the throttle body. everything else is fine and amazingly the turbo is good. should have the throttle body tomorrow

HA! They can't say anything about it, either, since it was a stock filter. Fix it, GM!!

Damn...that's unreal and kinda scarry. There are two plastic tabs to keep the pleats separated and straight..never really paid much attention to them. Did you ever take the filter out to clean it or tamp it to get debris out? I'm thinking you may have unseated one of them doing that. Still, it would have to break up to be small enough to even enter the intake tube! I'm thinking something hard (small rock) may have entered from the outside and hit into the bottom of the filter causing a tab to break apart. However, you should have found something trapped in the bottom compartment of the airbox.

Here you can see the two tabs running along the length of the filter..top side only.

Not really...could have wacked a blade out of balance and grenaded the turbine.

Yea crazy ****. Put the throttle body on today at work. Didn't need one but since its all under warranty the hell with it. Drove it home, turbo does make a odd sound underload. I'm planning on hoping that a fin or vein blows out and gets sucked in so I can get another turbo and motor. Days like these make me greatful for working at a gm dealer lol.
