Just got my PS recall

So I just got the letter about the pwr steering recall. I made an appointment for Monday morning. I just want to know how much work is involved. How much needs to be taken off or apart to change the PS unit?

Yup if you just bitch enough they will, I had them swap my tires over from summer to winter once and they scratched one of my rims I bitched to the service manager for 5 minutes and presto. Needless to say that was the last time I let them change my tires.

well the guy that helped me/drove it when i got the recall done was just being a douche about it. took down my number and is gonna have the manager or whoever call. if he doesnt then i surely will. not too worried really because im gonna get them powder coated soon but the fact that someone is hiding/lying about it pisses me off so im not letting it go

I had my PS motor replaced because my first one actually went dead. My new one makes a funny noise when I turn the wheel.
