Anyone who has bought from the Ebay seller heard back on a shipping date?

I bought one from him also about 2 weeks ago, I will send another question to him to see what is going on. He told me getting shipped out the 5th but still nothing yet.

 

We got to thow a quick maf adjustment on my car and it trapped 114-116. Haven't been back to the track to back it up yet.

Its not technically in the dealership. We took off the valve cover to see the problem, and it was the roller again. So we ordered a cam and everything new, and the cam just came in friday. But with school and work I cant get it fixed till this friday.

 

Well I just got a reply back from the ebay seller, Here is what exactly said.

They are telling me tomorrow, but they've been telling me 'tomorrow' for friggin 4 business days. I'm really sorry, I have so many orders for these it's not even funny.

 

I heard that K&N is looking toward end of this month now for shipment of the second batch, so unless your seller has some on-hand, they're probably going to be drop-shipping.

 

got yea ....I did not think you would take it to the dealership

that sucks about your car and the rollers going out.

did you just buy a stock cam? and why are you in school right now Its summer my last summer class was last week monday! and yes work sucks!!

 

Thats funny but it also sucks cause we may be waiting for a long time even though we have paid them in full all ready!!

 

I got a stock cam. They are doing it under warranty lol. And I am in a nursing program. It's a 3 year, all year round RN degree.

 

i ordered from the guy on ebay and he said K&N is giving him "it'll be in 2 days" thing every 2 days lol

 

my tracking info just today went from not in stock to limited stock? Maybe 2nd batch is almost ready

 

Called K&N this morning to listen to some more bullsh*t they said my order number is not shipping out until August 16th!!!!!!!! I ordered mine July 1st? WTF?

 

Wow that better not be true I want my damn intake now lol

 

dude theres a huge back order since almost day 1 of announcing, what did you expect? reading this thread alone should of informed you of that.

I got mine in 3 days. Course i was 2nd behind CudaJoe to buy/install it

 

I ordered mine May 14... still nothing.

I wish I'd had the foresight to order from a shop that had it in-inventory. I thought I could be patient but 2 months on backorder has me chomping at the bit to get one of these.

 

ya I dont think k&n perceived that much interest in the intake? I mean the car is out of production, so they had small production levels to make sure they could sell the units. guess they dont check the forums hahha. Glad its one of the most wanted intakes though, its a nice piece and worth the wait
