okay so ill give u the basics i got a 2010 victory red cobalt ss
and ive been slowly modding but now im at a point where i need a tune now

heres my mods

GMS1
CIA catted downpipe
CIA 3'' exaust (no resonator)
dejon charge pipes
HKS SSQV (to atmosphere)

heres what i need to know

1. if im looking to get an e tune i need a program to flash it on my ecu which program should i be looking at hp tuners? or?

2.who on this site can do an e tune for me and has a good reputation

3. what is the basic price for an e tune

4. and will i need any parts to make this happen because i already got the gms1 sensors
