Max hp on a fully built engine using pump gas?

Hi all,
I have a 2009 SS with the mods listed in my sig. Next year I will get a full engine build with 2.1 setup (with neutral balance and ATI SFI turbo balancer), ported head/cam combo with big fuel lobe, 5th injector kit and the high pressure fuel pump (Aeromotive Stealth that zzp sells), and probably the oversized valves (don't know if Ferrea or Supertech). As you can see, I have a 55/57 but I will swap it with a 58/58PTE which it is supposed to hold up to 620hp. What is the max hp that the engine can have by just using fuel pump? I would like to stay away from using E85 or E47 or having to install a meth kit.
Thank you guys all.

I was also thinking to buy the new intake manifold that TTR just released

I would say on 93 octane with the 5858 at say 25 psi you should be good for 450 maybe as high as 470 whp. Bigger turbo at the same 25 psi could get you to 500 if you want. You just need a turbo that can flow the air you need at lower boost pressures.

Don't need it, 700hp has been done on the stock one.

i do have to ask though. why do a full build like that. and then only stick to pump and limit the output. especially one where a big turbo would be needed to make that low power which will not be enough to overcome the terrible curve?

why not keep a relatively stock engine, set your power goals a little less. and build a setup with a killer power band and have a faster overall car.

thats why the Ko4 is so deadly. with the right tune and an aggressive but "controlled" torque spike, the car just eats up that acceleration. hell chris and matt have both gone 11's on the stock turbo. and i have yet to see a stock turbo hit the hp number you're looking for with this huge build.

Because I would like to DD the car sometimes to enjoy it. I have two 2009 SS, one I want to put it just on bolts-on and tune for DD only, the other one I want to do to it for the extreme but to also enjoy it as DD sometimes. Then let's do this: what can my expectation be on both pump fuel and E85 on th one that I intend to build?

93 is already established, and e85. A real 85% blend can be good for 600 maybe 650. But then there goes the tranny. But zzp is getting that covered

If you are looking for max hp on pump gas, you will want to add displacement and lower the compression. The lower compression will allow you to run more boost safely, but delays the spool a little. The added displacement will make more power at the same boost level and spool the turbo a little sooner.

700hp on the stock intake?! I was thinking about getting the TTR intake myself.

Displacement like the 2.1 build or the 2.4?

2.1 is the best option right now. We will be testing more 2.4 options when we get a chance.

what are the benefits to having the 2.1 block? besides the obvious, more room for air and fuel.

^ exactly. How much of a difference would .1 liter make? Why not just go for a larger displacement than .1 liter? Is there a way to calculate?

I would guess apart from a bigger displacement which can push more air, stronger internals all around so you can Make more power with less worry

Right now, there is not a cost effective way to run more than 2.1 liters with an LNF.

Ok. I'm not looking to get more displacement... don't think I care at the moment. I guess I'm helping AyrtonSenna out here. Is it really worth the $$$ for .1 liters? Is the difference really that considerable?

There typically is no added cost to building a 2.1 vs. a 2.0. Sure, it's only a 5% difference, but so is adding a passenger, and you can feel that.

We usually see gains of 15-20whp for the 2.1 over the 2.0.
