Muffler delete??

So Im thinking about doing a muffler delete. I been on youtube and for the most part I like how the LNF sounds with a cattless dp and muffler delete. Some vids sound crappy... either way I just about ready to say that im gonna do this but i guess I want validation for the CSS community to do it lol.

edit: I meant catless..lol..

I wish I could have bought the MPX muffler delete system when I first got my car.

I bought the Hahn first, then added a res. delete to that, and FINALLY they released the muffler delete.

Sounds badass: no drone on the highway and really sounds great when you get on it. Normal town driving its not that annoying....I wouldn't be too worried about driving next to a cop.

If you could wait a week I might be able to put together a video.

I did a cat delete only, and stock catback, and I love the way it sounds now. But then again, I'm older than a fair bit of the car crowd here, and being loud was never a goal (I just like how it burbles and grumbles when I am coasting in gear to a stop).

with a muffler delete your burbles and grumbles turn into pops snaps and cracks

I did a muffler delete and catless DP.

It got old, muffler is back on. And im trying to sell my catless DP.

First off for noise, I dont like the attention, but I enjoy the sound personally.
Second, the smell of catless is heatbag too, and I do not enjoy idling in traffic knowing im smoging out the people behind me.

I'm older than the avg. too lol and mine is done the same way ..... catless dp and stock catback . Honestly ......I wouldn't want it any louder . It's great at idle and low throttle ....but pretty damn loud when you get on it . I too really like the burble it has when costing or downshifting . I get an occasional pop but wouldnt want that all the time .

If I was the OP I would do the catless DP 1st then hack off the muffler if it's not enough for you.

Good to know. I'll be staying mufflered then. I may still go straight pipe on race days, but really, only then, and that's more for the crowd.
