Think of replacing the clutch without replacing the slave cylinder, master cylinder, throw out bearing, etc. it's essentially the same thing.

Have a L/F high beam problem too. Haven't cared enough to investigate, hopefully just a fuse.
After a day of working on everyone's else's **** I refuse to pop my hood unless terrible things are happening. It took me 2 months with part in hand to get the ambition to replace and program a bad tpms

Also, here is my homemade bead rolling tool. I made this out of a set of wire terminal crimpers. These can be found at any home improvement store for about $25. I took a sawz-all (overkill) and cut off the tips. Then used my Dremel to file down the pinching nubs of the jaws. The result is a hand tool that can put a bead on aluminum pipe with minimal effort in a couple minutes. This stopped my lower charge pipe from popping off at 15psi like it would every time without fail.

Car is driving well. The back brake are pissing me off because they lock up when I go and reverse. I am ordering new pads because I am assuming they are hanging up from being extended so far. Also, the issue I had with boost making the brakes soft is gone, but when I reverse they go soft. I am guessing there is air in the back brakes as well.
Clutch is still being broke in so the car has only seen a couple slow pulls to 24psi, but it feels nice. Currently car is throwing a too lean at idle code, but the it is only on a base tune for the blow through MAF. I have to send Term a log and that will get cleared up.
I snagged an OEM boost gauge and will be installing that in the cluster bezel CAD made me for my LSJ. I need to install my Ingalls, rotated mounts, and steering rack spacers. I am also going to swap out my Eibachs for my SSC's and replace the strut mounts. Does anyone know if the LSJ and LNF FE5 strut mounts are the same? I have brand new ones I bought for my LSJ and never installed.

I ditched the sleepy eyes that were on there, installed 12k fogs, and 5k hi/lo headlights. I also installed my Hella Supertones as well. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/appe...nstall-307952/
Went with Camero SS emblems since they are like $3 a piece where Cobalt ones are over $20 lol
I also installed LED strips into the trunk for the trunk light and it lights up everything lol. I should have only used one. I tried to get a pic but my potato did not do it justice in anyway. I will post a pic with a camera when I installed the courtesy lighting in the foot wells.
I am pretty happy right now, but will be happier once I have the new clutch master to install. Mine is leaking into the car ever so slightly, but is means that my clutch isn't consistent and is engaging really high up. That should be here any day.
Aside from normal maintenance future plans include red colored brakes, new rotors, MSR 045's in gold from my old car, Synapse BOV, and dyno time on the k04. After that I will step it up to the k04 FTW to give the community some real life numbers differences. In the more distant future a s256et is on the list.

I thought of getting a custom plate but decided to just go with a specialty plate instead. Got the plate right away and the renewal is the same as my previous plate. All I did was pay a one time additional charge of $25 for the specialty plate.

I have not seen any around. That's a little much for this car already 4 years old regardless of mileage. I think the upgrade over the LSJ was a good move but obviously dealing with all this non-sense was unacceptable.

Regardless, I do love the car and I will like it more when I get it where I want.
Next steps are:
Clutch master
Replace reverse lights with fresh ones
detail the crap out of the car
find a black radio
Red Calipers
install gold MSR 045's I have
At that point I will be super happy with how it looks.
