My new SS Sedan
My new SS Sedan
Just picked this thing up last week, guy didn't even advertise it.
He made a post in a WTB thread saying he may sell it and I contacted him, and within two weeks flew up to Michigan to drive it back.
Car is basically mint, G85, no sunroof. The previous owner was an awesome older guy who babied it, and stored it every winter. Haven't ever seen a car so clean underneath. Just crossed 55k miles on my drive back to Manhattan, KS.
Here's one pic I snapped on my drive back.

Also, people say these are 1 of 15, and say they have tracked down all 15 of them, but my vin wasn't one of the ones they tracked down/posted.
So apparently there are at least 16 yellow sedans.
Also saw somewhere else they made 36 yellow sedans, still stupid rare.

Awesome, will do.
Definitely enjoying it, such an all-around fun car. I worked for a GM dealer when these came out and absolutely loved them. Hadn't drove one since until I drove it back and definitely don't regret my decision.
That and the fact that I spent a tank enjoying the boost with some spirited driving
, and still saw 24.7 mpg. My old Z28 would see 26-28 strictly highway, but spirited/mixed driving would net me 15-18 mpg.
Also, filling a tank with premium for less than $40 is awesome.
