The K&N is pretty easy. Just follow the instructions they come with and you won't have a problem. You could probably do it in an hour if you've got all your tools sitting next to you. I don't have the Forge BPV so I can't comment on that.

lol... I also have these products, exactly what you've ordered, in the mail currently. Intake should be here tomorrow, and Forge by the end of the week. It's all really straight forward stuff, and by removing the factory intake assembly, you actually provide yourself more room to work on changing the BPV.

Not that I think any of you are morons or anything, but I plan on taking pictures and if anybody's interested, doing a small write-up on each and every little thing I do with the car from now on.

If you want to wait for pics and information, then by all means... or shoot me a PM if you have any questions about it.

The instructions from K&N are already picture instructions, but I guess it doesn't hurt to have slightly different pics in a how-to here if you're going to spend the time photographing it and writing it up.

there are a town of how to's on how to install an intake. Taking the stock intake off is the same for everyone, and for the most part INSTALLING a new intake is the same for everyone, hook it up to turbo, and then clamp it in however your intake is designed. The hardest part will be taking the stock intake off for the first time. It took me like an hour to get some of the damn push clips out haha. Now im at the point where I can get it off in about 5 minutes.

The BPV will be super easy, its 3 bolts in a somewhat odd position. But once you have your stocker off, install the Forge, then the intake, you will have lots of room.
