Question Need help on next purchase.

well i have about $300 to spend. i currently have zzp catless downpipe, k&n intake, zzp hot side charge pipe, twm base bushings and cable clamp. so what should my next purchase be. i dont want a tune as of yet still a lot more to do before i decide to get one. But please give me your thoughts on what would be a next good mod.

You don't want a tune because you have a lot to do? But your asking what to do? Just get a tune.

$300 bucks will get you aesthetic things...or maybe some rotated trans mounts...or a tune.

I don't understand why you wouldn't want a tune, it is the best thing you can do for these cars.

i have ottp stage 2 mounts btw lol forgot to post it. i want a tune just not right now. im overseas and if something goes wrong i have no way of fixing it. plus i figure i would need an aeroforce interceptor just so i could monitor whats going on. i know i prob dont need one, but it would make me feel more comfortable having one.so im playing the safe card n just slightly modding it right now. an intercooler does sound nice though. might have to look in for the going price on one for a GB.

Forge is really a waste, IMO. Get the ZZP IC.

i see the FBV as a cosmetic thing. not really going in that angle just yet.i would love a TWM shifter but that is going to have to wait cause no power gains come from it. when i am fully bolted i will buy one.

I have a muffler delete as well and i must say my rear bumper doesnt like me very much or my neighbors lol

what kind of rear springs are good for the balt. all i do is DD but do like to take corners fast. and from what i have read the "Street Bar" (can't remember the name of the company) is what i would be looking at purchasing

I never researched the pros & cons about the ZZP intercooler. mainly because i never considered buying one until now.mBut what type of gains/losses if any will i get?

You aren't gaining anything with your bolt-on's and a stock tune. Learn down is a bitch.

If i were you i would get tuned so you can enjoy the stuff you already have

The only gain without a tune is really just longevity and robustness from the metal endtanks. The stock IC plastic endtanks can crack.

so if i get a tune, let say 23 psi ish'. my stock intercooler will be able to handle it. I dont beat my car by any means. would i need to add anything else beside an upgraded FMIC? i do want aeroforce interceptor for data logging.which i need to start familiarizing myself with. just so that i know what my car is going through.

So which order should the mod list go

intercooler,tune, aeroforce
or
tune, intercooler (w/retune of course) , aeroforce.

Although, if there is a group buy going on, on a part u need mighteset well get it right?? ut If i do purchase a tune i will go through Vince @ trifecta being that alot of ppl her approve of his work and that no one tunes cobalts here in england.

well look like im going to get ZZP FMIC. i will have it laying around the house til i get more money to purchase a tune. Then i will install it and use my stock IC as a back up. Hell might even buy the cold side charge pipe if im going to be doing all that work anyways.

Thanks for all the input from you guys above, and for letting me know what options i had and for leading me to the ZZP GB.

Pedders or PRS Hardcore Bar. Actually you should have both.

Start working on the handling to make use of the car's power!

Since you have the down pipe I would do a catback even if you have to save a little more to get a good quality one. Then I would get a good tune.
