Need a new tuner

Anyone willing to look at a log to help correct a fuel pressure drop problem I keep having? 08 Lnf zfr 6758 on 93. Car goes to .77 lamda when commanded .86 and rail pressure drops to 1800. HPFP in tank pump, and injectors replaced with opels. The car isn't going lean but has me nervous. My original Tuner insists mechanical problem but the only thing that hasn't been changed is the camshaft. I believe it's a tuning issue. I paid 300$ to trifecta years ago then 200 more after the efr turbo. 300 to this tuner, (for unlimited adjustments) 😂🤔🙏🏼😡 until u hold him to it and now any tuner wants 300$ more. I just need the issue corrected. I need the current file adjusted and not a complete retune... THERE IS NO WAY IM RUNNING OUT OF FUEL ON 93 ONLY AT 27PSI. Cars have hit 500whp on 93 and stock fueling. This car is 400-415 at best.

I'd perform a boost leak. If you're going that rich all of a sudden, you likely have a boost leak.

I've always heard on 93 max out 430 or something like that

I have done a boost leak test. I'm starting to think cat over temp being enabled is causing the issue because when I was tuned the car had a catted down pipe. It is now gutted. From what I'm reading it'll dump massive fuel if the computer thinks the cat is overheating.
