Cheapest/easiest "mod" at this point for you would be to switch to e47 and get retuned. If you're looking to spend some money (depending on power goals and budget of course) I would maybe go with something like the zfr 6758 or bnr 2871. Either of those turbos with upgraded cam lobe, 5th injector and e47 you can get a solid 450whp no sweat.

You can of course always go with a bigger turbo, but unless you're looking to do a full engine/trans build I would just stick with a smaller turbo like the 2 I mentioned above.

Liking these ideas for sure any recommendations for where to purchase zfr or bnr, cam, 5th injector, and is e47 a hassle or not really? hear is a 50/50 mix e85 and 93 oct. get around 400-450 whp sounds nice to me for time being wouldnt want more still my DD. Should I get new exhaust for after the downpipe or just not mess with it?

The "zfr" is just a borg warner efr6758 that ZZP took and designed an exhaust housing for that is a direct fit onto the stock manifold. The BNR2871 is basically a hybrid turbo of the stock k04 coupled with a garret 2871 compressor that is also a direct bolt on, however unlike the zfr, will require a bov. There is honestly tons of information on both turbos on here so try to search out some threads particularly in the lnf tech section and do some reading on them. Both are great options, but the EFR is a slighty bigger turbo with a little more power potential and a slightly bigger price tag.

Man, once you switch to ethanol you will never ever want to run your car on anything else. It's really not at all complicated to mix, especially once you get the hang of it. Like you said above, it's basically a 50/50 mix of e85 and 93 octane, HOWEVER, you can not (and i can not emphasize this enough) always assume that what you're getting out of the pump will always be e85. My best recommendation for you, and anyone looking to run an ethanol blend, is to invest in a fuel tester. This right here will be the best $15 you will ever spend when it comes to keeping consistant fuel mixes. Quick Fuel 36-E85 - Quick Fuel E85 Fuel Testers - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Reason I say this is because the blends from the pump change from region to region throughout the year, and even from station to station sometimes. You may one day have e85 come out of the pump, and a few days later get e75 and never know any better until your fuel trims are thrown through the roof.. lol

If you use the tester along with the bottom two calculators in this link, Miles Per Dollar Calculator, you should have no sweat maintaining a consistant blend all year round.
