Not the 1 ordered but I'll take it

Ordered an imperial blue with standard options back on April 12. Tentative build date June 2 with an understanding from the dealer that if they could get one sooner from another dealer, they would. Well, picking up a Black SS/TC with high wing spoiler and LSD on wednesday this week. Transfering from Cleveland dealer to Buffalo dealer. That means if anyone is interested there will be an unsold SS/TC available at West Herr chevy in Orchard Park. But, since I decided not to take the one on order a few weeks ago, they changed it to Black with Ebony/Ebony interior and sunroof. I will definitely take plenty of pics after its delivered Wednesday and post them in the pics thread.

Yeah I was able to get cash rebates, memorial day bonus, plus loyalty money totaling $3500.00 as long as I bought it by June 2. Look at the new incentives and the financing went to 0% or $2,000 cash back but in perenthesis it says excluding SS Turbo. That really bites for everyone getting Turbos from now on.

yea, you can still get $1000 in rebates on the Cobalt SS's, far cry from the $3000 people were getting though

I'm f'ing pissed cause my car should have been here in time for the $3k in incentives

Well, that actually is a little bit of a hairy question on the new cash back thing. If you notice, there isn't anywhere that it states that the Cobalt SS Turbo doesn't qualify for the $2000 cash back...only that it doesn't qualify for the 0% financing. You might think that it would apply to both, but remember that usually the financing has a lot more restrictions then the cash back does.

no, I checked the more in depth system today, its on $1000 or 5.9% that applies to all cobalts, the additional $1000 or 0% financing is only for normal cobalt & cobalt sport

What about the previous GM owners with a 1999 or newer? It mentions some cash for them as well, but doesn't tell you how much.

I did see something about that, but only for the trucks/suvs/large cars that I saw. Do you have a link that says for a cobalt?
