Unhappy p0087 & p0089 codes/ power reduced

having an issue with these codes popping up and the reduced power. My maf was out and my tb was going out, put a new tb on it and then it started throwing p0087 and p0089 codes. i believe that is low rail pressure and the pressure regulator performance code.
Does anyone have an ideas or suggestions on what it could be or what i need to change out?

Thanks

Check the wiring at the connector of your fuel pressure regulator. That wiring sometimes gets yanked.

It's right to the right of the yellow arrow you see in the first pic. The second pic is the connector, but it's fuzzy.
