p0234 and p2187 help!

i have these to codes and my car in 3rd under boost at around 6k rpm stops boosting, and if i turn of the car and back on it goes back to normal until i do it again, what could this be

Make sure your PCV line didn't come detached from your intake. Look for sources of a vac leak.
