Part 2 Cobalt SS Member Ripped me off........SAD DAYS!!
Hey everyone!
two weeks ago i wrote a thread on a Premium member on this site that goes by the handle Leveecius. His real name is Levi Boop and he is stationed in Fort Bragg Army Base in North Carolina. I had purchased an RPD off of this ******* Levi and sent him the money..............2 weeks went by and I did not get my part.
sooooooo............I wrote a thread on Cobalt SS.net to warn people of this piece of **** premium member and what a snake he is. Many of you people wrote that i shouldnt jump to conclusions so darn fast and wait another 2 weeks.............so I did! Guess what? It didnt come in the mail. Many people said that he could have been deployed and just forgot.........hmmmm ya i dont think so and even if he did he still owns me an RPD no excuses.
Ive tried to call him everyday, voicemail, Txt MSG, email......no reply
So be warned of this piece of **** Levi Boop.......i got a PM from another member on this site who got screwed over on this site by him and had to get pay pal to step in. Not really the best guy to be representing the United States Army......I would have thought better from a soilder.
I would like to thank member 1SLOLT1 who helped me track this guy down on the web and tried to contact his wife who wouldn't respond probably cause she and him do this a lot to people..........
If you would like to see what this ******* loser Levi Boop looks like and all about him just google his name "Levi Boop" and his Facebook page and Myspace page will come up. You can even see pictures of his Cobalt SS Turbo.
Anyways im still shocked that a guy in the US army could do this to another Cobalt SS owner........its sad really. It really says a lot about his character(he must not have many friends)
So look out for this guy, i felt it was my responsibility to warn everyone about Levi Boop and if levi ever reads this i hope that my $150 bucks was truly worth being out casted on this site!

That sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. It shows that the person has no morals and values when they rip off people like that. You never know what kind of financial situation someone is in and if you can do something like this it shows how little your conscience is. Hope somehow you work something out. Try to enjoy your weekend.
not to be an ass but you dont have to talk **** on this guy and say he should represent the army! second you will always have a chance of getting scammed buying on here. if you want to stop being riped off buy new ****! but i would talk with paypal they should be able to leed u in the right direction

Sorry to hear this, Similar event happened to me only from a "sponsor". Without going into too much detail I sent him $$ for a nitrous build. Sure enough weeks went by, then he disappeared completely. Paypal deadline had passed. Police wouldnt do anything about the case.
Only other course of action is to sue him in small claims court. Make sure to file in your state court, alot of people dont know that you may (depending on state) win the case by default if the defendant is unable to appear before the court, so if your state is super far away, and they dont show, you win!

damn the funny/odd thing is Boop was one of my soldiers in Korea when he was a PV2 cant really speakk to his rip off personality persay but he wasnt that type of guy when i knew him. dont know whats going on with the kid now but if he did just plain rip you off man that sucks and i guess i apologize
I hate getting screwed to, it'd happened to me and it sucks. Paypal won't do much if that person doesn't have funds in their account you won't get your money but still try anyways. Remember karmas a bitch it will come back to him...

ya the third time will be a charm cause im going to buy it from Morads Parts Company in Cleveland. They specialize in GM front Wheel Drive cars and get RPD ever once in a while. Now i just gotta play the waiting game. Thanks everyone for your kind words!!!

Interesting... I almost purchased a set of charge pipes off of him about a year ago, but (luckily) ended up changing my mind because he struck me as a tad sketchy. Whether he's in the millitary or not... there's always a bad apple in the bunch.. 
Honestly, it more than likely wouldn't go that far, but the Commander could lean on him a little. But do remember this is a civil matter and that even the commander can't MAKE him pay without some kind of judgement, just strongly recommend.

Bought a 30psi boost gauge off him. Took nearly s month to get it because he was deployed and his mother had to un install and ship it but he felt bad about it and gave me my money back without me pushing the issue. Ups repeatedly didn't ship the package for some reason as well even though it was in there possession. Tracing. Number and all.
Not sure what's going on but I considered buying the rpd off him at the time. He seemed like a good guy...
