Phone or Radio to blame?

So recently my phone or radio keep loosing thier bluetooth connectivity. Phone still says General Motors - Paired but the radio doesn't list anything paired. If I re-pair them, it looses the pair within a few days.

If I do Bluetooth - List - Says no devices are paired. So is the radio clearing its memory or is the phone at fault you think?
