Since they are just the same mold with some pieces taken out, I would assume they are gonna be significantly lighter, resulting in a lil less wheel hop and slightly better overall performance. Right?

 

Maybe 3 lbs lighter, if that, per wheel.

 

No clue on the weight . The new wheels are a 1/2" wider though , so I would expect the same weight .

 

I couldn't agree more--those things are freakin hot.
