How about also adding the order date to these?

my order date was Jan 25 but as my sig says still no for sure build date. They told me last Fri. That they will have a date tomorrow. So far the dealer has been kind of lame. The day I ordered, their computer was on the fritz and everything was filled out by hand, but they assure me it was ordered.

I ordered mine on January 23 and was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. About 5 weeks ago, salesman send me an email with note from his GM saying that there is constraint on the Performance Display with a delay of less than 4 weeks. Now salesman says the constraint is still on and will check with his GM. When my son bought his 09 Dodge Challenger SRT8, he was able to go on Dodge's web site to see every step of the car. Too bad Chevy doesn't have something like that.

Up here, at least when I ordered, XM was an option and onstar was included 1yr typically with a promo for 2or3 year subscription to both.

yeah thats what i had, onstar for a year, but then they released the "total package" and i talked them into giving me that too, so now i have 2 years onstar-direction and connections, and 3 years free maintenance, had i got xm, i would have got 2 years free too...damn lol oh well

Haha good bargaining skills. You can opt out of the goodwrench maint. for $750 too. That's what I did... I'd rather do my own oil changes anyways

Listen to what he said, it's not worth it!!! It also only allows like 2 oil changes a year... $750 is the best deal!

i work at the dealer, so when my car goes ini will be doing the work to it.....i will get paid to work on it haha

and its also more then just oil changes, its going to go by the new maintenance schedule that will be coming out soon and its good for the paper trail to be at the dealer for warranty work anyways.

you work at the dealer, and your taking the maintenance package?

I'm confused, you will not be doing $750 worth of work on the car...

You can just work on the car for free??

well due to the car using mobil 1, that would still have to be bought

ya i know its like 30bux at walmart, but then i have to keep all the receipts and stuff if i needed them for warranty, so if i do the package, its all in the dealer computer should something happen i just print the history.

over 3 years i will easily do $750 of maintenance on the car if you go by the dealer prices.

and like i said before its not just oil changes, its also the semi-annual inspections/tire rotations too so thats where the $750 becomes more realistic

and whats better then getting paid to work on your own car, but mainly im just doing that for the paper trail in their computer
