everyones should be there withint the next few days, as our cars were all built in the same week... I just went to drive mine :P
hope it gets there tomorrow, so they can do PDI and such and you can get it before sunday as most dealers are closed

Are you guys getting vin numbers, or just being told it's on the way?
Got another email today saying still no vin which to me means it didn't get built last week, since they said it should be no problem to get the vin after the car was built. I can't imagine them having computer problems for the whole week.

ya i was talking to my buddy in the shop at the dealer today and he said he would do the pdi first thing on the day it came in...

i stopped in at my dealer today but they were closed i am so friggin busy i didn't make it there till about 830 tonight drove up the lot where they keep the new arivals what do i see a SS/TC up at the end i went up to check it out and it's a black sedan... i thought it was mine and i got excited but it wasn't...
i am a GM employee too it dosen't give you any special advantage... my buddy's dad is incharge of all the new car orders that come from canada i guess i could call him and get him to look in to it for me...
and yes my car was in fact ordered in december on the 5th at 1 15 pm to be exact... i used to work at the dealership i ordered from and the assistant manager called me right after he ordered it..
and i understand that they didn't start up production for the ss till april but i just figured that someone that ordered in december would get their car before some one that ordered in febuary or march.. that's what gm's FIFO system is all about...

Its not like it used to be, when i orderd my 08 my boss could push ahead the dat a bit. it was an LT
not as easy as it used to be......and yes option 1 does help....just not as much as it used to a year ago

mine showed up today, got it PDI'd and get it tomorrow night to bring home finally
also on the same truck was 2 other ss's heading to oms 1 i know who owns it and the other is possibly oowha's

yea it's very easy when you get the hang of it, I'm so happy I got it!

If I don't hear from OMS tomorrow I might have to drop by after work... On the 15th I was told it was built, but that's the last I heard. I kind of thought I'd have a VIN by now.
And I really hope that the one nitro saw was mine
but I figure someone would have called me if it was on the lot already

Holy crap, I just got off the phone with the dealer…. the guy who orders the car, the same guy who said it takes two weeks after being built to get here. He just told me that the car is still at the plant in Ohio but was built on the 17th and doesn’t know why it's still there.
