problems with caster/camber

I have a 09 ss T/C. I bought the eibach sportline's with a camber kit. i went to have it aligned and the say my caster is out i have a -2.1 deg on the left and a -2.3 deg on the right. they said i either need control arms or a caster kit, any one else have this problem.

I put ss/sc springs on my 2lt and they said the caster is off. one tire is slightly ahead of the other. There is nothing they can do. They looked for caster kits but couldn't find any


?? Any suggestions

Are you -sure- they said your Caster was in the negative? If it was you'd have some SERIOUS steering problems. Imagine what the front wheels on a shopping cart do when you get it rolling really fast. Your car would be doing that.

Anyways... Assuming that your caster is actually in the negative, you can loosen all the front subframe bolts and push the subframe forward to increase caster. You won't get much out of it but it'll help.

The old fix was to just slot the strut towers but since our strut mounts protrude above the tower, that won't work.

they are supposed to be off a little from factory to compensate for road crown, but not that much heh. i believe there isnt much for adjustment of caster with these cars

yeah it sucks. it wasnt like that till after i got the springs
