as far as new calipers and everything? nothing that is a direct bolt on or anything. just upgraded rotors and pads. our rear caliper sucks and we are stuck with them

Would have been nice for GM to do brembos in the rear for aesthetic purposes. Oh well the brakes do a good enough job.

I just wish that GM didn't cheap out and put a drum parking brake in the rear rotors hub. Makes everything a ton easier and you don't get the weird rear brake pad wearing issues. It probably would have cost them all of $50 extra.

I have 40 thousand miles on my back brakes. They are in pretty good shape still. Tell me how our rear calipers suck?

The sliders have no dust boot. My inner pads are worn down to almost nothing at 23K miles, on both sides. My outer pads look new. The calipers are ****.

^ This, my pads were replaced at 56K, same issue. My rear calipers were just replaced at 72k because they didn't grab anymore

There are a lot of cars with no dust boot. Maybe I'm just lucky I guess. Mine are fine.

Mine have over 45k miles, worn evenly, no grooves, and still have plenty of life left. When they are adjusted they are just fine.
