Recommended warranty work

I have had countless repairs done on my vehicle under the 3 year bumper to bumper factory warranty. Not only because I'm very picky about things but because these cars really aren't built all that well. Seems like something is constantly rattling loose, breaking, etc... Anyways my warranty is up next month and I'm wondering if there are any common issues I should look for or anything I should have the dealership address now before I end up paying for things out of my own pocket. I'm bringing it in this week because the driver seat feels loose or something under the seat is loose or broken because the seat rattles over even small bumps in the road and it drives me nuts.

Seems like I already have replaced one of everything. Its more or less petty things they have had to replace just because I hate not having a smooth quiet car. But I've already replaced a window regulator, sway bar links, steering column, front brake calipers, rear brakes (only thing not under warranty), sunroof button. There are probably even a couple things I'm missing. Maybe I just have a lemon, but I'm worried something else is going to fail right after the warranty expires, and at $100/hr labour any repair is going to cost a fortune.

How long have you owned the car? Is it SC or TC? If TC, have them inspect the wiring harness for the HPFP as in some cars they can chafe and cause shorts down the line. I had mine fixed/replaced under warranty because some of the pins were loose from the factory and were causing faults and codes. Granted I own an HHR SS but it's something to look into. It sounds like you've covered a lot already but look into any possible TSB's that might need to be addressed, whether they're showing up on your car or not.

All good ideas I'll be sure to look for those things. And I don't mind a "loud car" so to speak. I like having a throaty exhaust I'm not one to complain about tired with a lot of road noice etc. But unnecessary rattles just make the car feel cheap. When I hear that stuff in a car with 25k miles it makes me feel like it's gonna fall apart

def have them check the locking cylinder. i have an '10 tc and just ran into this problem. the key literally got stuck in the on position while the car was running lol. luckily there was a dealer in town to fix it under warranty. took a few days to get the part in and get it back to me though.

yea i read that it was a recall as well. however, it is only for 2009 cobalts, cadillacs etc.. according to the dealer. there are no recalls for my vin#. i even asked them about the recall and they still said no, that this was not a common problem.
