Removing Front Lip
Has anyone removed there front lip? how difficult is it. I damaged mine and the body shop labor guide says that the whole front bumper has to be removed to get it off and im not buying it so i wanna remove it myself and bring in a new one for paint.

It's held on by clips that are accessible from the rear of the bumper through slots in the fascia, and those 4 push pins in the bottom front. It may be able to be done if you take off some of the fenderwell and plastics, but the whole bumper is only a couple bolts, so it's much easier to drop it...

dude its like the easiest Fascia that I've ever removed.
You don't have to take the head lights out . just remove the flaps/ plastic wheel well covers and get an extension with a small ratchet take the bolts out , you will need a pry tool to remove the plastic bolts in the engine bay and if I remember correctly a few are underneath . do the plastic bolts with the pry bar last , you can use the same tool that you remove door panels with . , you see the line where the bumper meets around the headlights, that is the area you need to reach your arm up into to and remove them.
Make sure you get the black plastic brackets aligned up with the middle bolt before tightening them or the bumper will be off a little.
