Ok here a video of my car running and revving. From my last thread i stated how my car was first throwing up tons of white smoke and now its a bit of black smoke. SRRY BOUT ANGLE EVEN I WAS GETTING DIZZY.

this is the vid on start up car was already running for a few seconds. Normally it would be shooting white smoke everywhere but theres none.



This video the guy from the dealer is revving my car and talking about how my car is running rich and what not... all black smoke no white smoke, weird thing he says my car has a aftermarket turbo smh but what do you guys think.

 

My car let a puff of white out of it almost a year ago ...... it lasted for about 20 seconds as it was just sitting idling in front of my house. I thought the thing threw a turbo seal at the time but thats the only white smoke i have ever seen .....and i had my wife follow me for 10 miles right after and never saw anything.

I had seafoamed the car the day before and figured it must have knocked a chunk of valve gunk into the cylinder and had to burn it off......that was my theory anyways . Hopefully urs is something stupid like that.

 

i hope will have it to be continued to be started until i get bac, but before my car smoked badly before i drove bac to texas im talkin like a damn train.

 

That's just a bad boost leak. You're sucking in a lot of un-metered air.

but does my car sound ok seems to rev fine but im no expert.
my car doesnt have a white interior its the blk and light grey combo. but yess his fat ass was in my car lookin like that smh.

well... white can be anything. from the turbo, to the coolant burning, to the head gasket...


now its black?? lol.. this is crazy. but he is right, as far as i know (i'm no tech, but i know a lot about cars) but black smoke is rich. it can be anything. im not sure how our injection works. but check the injectors. my buddys cars had the same thing. his injector was leaking.

 

^^ ok will do that when i get back i really did think it was the turbo, after the boost spike i had the white smoked got worst, and now she been sitting in that lot for bout 4 months she running smoother then i remember b4 i left and no white smoke. I'll hit up monograt for replacements.

BLAZIN thats the same thing i said. i was like wtf he doin to my car wut happen to slow revs. wish sumtin would have went boom so they would fix it for free.
