I got a message across my DIC "SRV Brake System" WTF? I only have 8500K on my car? What do I do? I have the Trifecta Tune. Will GM find out if I take it to the dealership?

 

I doubt they would check to see if your tuned because of a service brake light came on. Plus, they would have to prove that the tune had something to do with the reminder light coming on.

 

I had my service brake system come on when i was going down hill in traffic so i didn't let off the brakes for like 3 miles. I found out that there is a sensor that reads vacuum to the booster and vacuum went low and threw the code no big deal

 

I had the same message at much lower mileage. Dealer replaced EBCM under warranty.
