Stupid rear brakes...

Whatsup yall? I was cleaning my wheels out really good a few days ago, and noticed the my rear calipers look like they are pitted and corroded. My fronts have about half the pad life left, and I am on my second set of rear rotors and 3rd set of pads..30k mi. Well last night I was looking at my friends STI that he just got back from the shop and he has Brembos all around.. Is there a kit that I can buy to have brembo calipers all around? Thanks guys.

i have already researched that, so far, lately there has been about 3 or 4 new threads about this issue, i myself have brought up the fact that not only do i want something nice all around for performance, but for looks.... then arguments got started about how the rear brakes only do about 10% of the work anyways so why not jus get a nice set of slotted rotors for the back and have the stock calipers powdercoated.... people jus dont understand why some people want things. r1 concepts has some nice rotors to go all around, many choices, there is a thread to all that

yea, seems like the only reliable source for good rotors, i have looked EVERYWHERE for a nice set of rear calipers, i looked at all the big names, brembo, stoptech, baer, everything man, nothin. i always say this though, tends to **** a lot of people off when i say it but its fucki ntrue and it pisses ME off, here it is,,, bet ur ass if it was a POS srt-4 or an integra, prelude, whatever, somebody would have some nice brake kits for it.

I was thinking/wanting to do brembos all the way around too. From the looks of things in the back, you'd swear that my front brakes are the ones doing only 10% of the braking...its crazy. I'd love to put brembos back there...

I changed mine at 12k, put hawk pads and napa rotors on it. I now have 32k and the pads still have 8mm of friction material and the rotors are wearing nice and smooth. I think part of the problem is gm uses cheap pads and soft chinese steel rotors. Either way they shoulda recalled the brakes
