It's all done. We have a cnc'd plate to hold the oem intake air temp sensor. Includes all couplers and clamps necessary to work with the oem intercooler, throttle body and turbo. It also will work with our upgraded 600hp garrett core intercooler we will have available very shortly.
We are going to offer red and black powdercoating for the charge piping. As an introductory cobaltss.net special we will be selling these for $549 shipped.

The slight fraction in the increased diameter is not going to effect spool time. 15-25rpm if even that. You wont feel a difference on the butt dyno nor will you be able to tell on the dyno graph (unless you blow it up really big). If anything, i see it helping. i could be wrong though, every car is different....

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that is has more to do with volumetric flow. But I'm just guessing off of some Thermodynamics classwork. Don't really know till you test in the real world. Let's see those comparo's Synapse!

If you have more length, of a pipe, the volume is going to increase.
More length of a 3 dimensional object=more volume.
Yes length AND volume are two different things, but if you increase one (weather it be volume or length) the other must/does increase as well. So yes they go hand and hand.
