Taking the head off my SS/TC

Hey guys so I've been googling and searching the forum and no one has a how to up that I've found for removing the LNF head. I may just buy the Haynes e book but If I just missed a great how to somewhere I'd rather just use it

etnies. if everything is off the head and you've removed all head bolts, you'll need something to pry the head off. there are 4 small gaps on the head. 2 in front and 2 in back. be careful with it and go slow to get it off. make sure all your oil and coolant is drained too.

oil and coolant drop from the head once you remove it. coolant will get in your combustion chamber so be sure to have some towels to soak it up as much as you can. then do another oil change 500 miles after you get it back together

So even if I went ahead and drain the coolant first it will still run out pretty heavy? I guess there's a suction or something which would explain having to carefully pry the head loose. What did you use to pry it

And when I take off the head I'm gonna go ahead ad drain the oil cuz it's only gonna be a week or so till the motor is tore completely down so if I let the oil drain maybe it won't be such a pita and have oil all over the floor
