TC owners only...
Basically i would have if it still had better performance and fuel economy than a MS3 or GTI. The sinking US economy also had an impact on my purchase, i wanted help the general out.
The SS/SC is MUCH better than a GTI in terms of performance. MS3, not as much, but the MS3 has gobs more hp/tq, so yea.
Razmus you're a troll and a post ***** and you just want to stir the pot! Leave no one wants you here
YOu skipped a generation there. the Camaro went from the TPI to the LT1 to the LS1

But if the car was exactly the same (which you didnt say) as TC/Sedan then I would say yes.
All the TC needs for a great performing car is a Tune, just adding a tune puts you near 280WHP, there is little need to modify the brakes, suspension (if you want lower you can)...the FE5 suspension is great, I love the factory stance of the car, the wheels are very nice (forged), the braking is amazing, the stabiltrack is fun to play with around banked on ramps, the upgraded steering gives a nice feel back when driving aggressive......
If it was with a SC instead of TC.....wouldnt matter much, but after 2 SC cars and 2 turbos (not counting this) I do like turbos more if done properly, I do not like large turbos with lag
What makes the car fun is what the old SS's dont have factory, which means more money to get the car where I would want it
I would have to say yes with some exceptions. I ONLY upgraded because I needed a 4 door car and they came out with the 4 door TC. I was completely happy with my SC.
Now if they added: SS/SC Sedan
Brembos
pretty much every new option besides the LNF turbo
Then yes
I prefer turbo cars but damn did I love my SS/SC
