So long as you don't do higher gear pulls at lower speeds the stock clutch should hold up to a Trifecta 22PSi tune. i.e. 4th or 5th gear WOT @ 50MPH = NO NO

I have the BYT tune at 24-25psi and I'm on stock clutch with Bo problems for now. Will need to replace eventually but not for a bit and I have been tuned for a year or so now

I've been tuned for over 20k miles, car has 21000 miles on it, stock clutch holding fine. Slips (on the tune, not in stock tune) if you get on it hard in 4th or 5th at a low rpm, which you shouldn't be doing to begin with.

i was fine with the stock one on trifecta but when i switched to the combo tune byt/tf i noticed a little slip in higher gears with the tune on but its small like 200-300 rpms if that much, but its fine stock, i am replacing mine so i can get retuned to make more power

Mines going bad around 24000, slips bad anytime t/c is off. Been tuned pretty close to day one. If you buy the tune directly from Vince@trifectatuning he will tell you the clutch is bound to go bad soonish. Might as well plan on buying a new one, not tomorrow, but sooner then needed.

None of us can tell you the condition of your clutch, but if its in poor condition from roasting, NLS's, launches, ect then you'll slip day one. If its in good condition you might go another 20k miles. Your prolly somewhere in between.

I got tuned less than 1000 miles ago and my clutch slips pretty bad now.. no slippage before the tune even when flooring it in 5th gear. Now im back on the stock tune and Im slipping in 4th and 5th gear when flooring it at 3000rpms. Definately slippage after getting tuned. Looking at a new clutch so I can put the tune back on with confidence.

tuned for about 15,000 miles. I have 41k on the odo and the clutch will slip in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear. I have to wait til I get to 4k before really getting on the gas.

BTW I have an 08 as well

i was wasted out of my mind so i drunkenly handed my keys over and i guess in the long run i'd rather have a bad clutch than a totaled car. i smelled my clutch for a week both times she drove it... now i dont drive my car to the bar anymore besides the new KY clutch wasnt all that much

Did you get the factory flywheel surfaced? I'm curious how much that costs.

Doesn anyone have a pic of our flywheel? I want to see if it's grooved. Thanks.
