Turboback Exhaust

Ok guys, so i'm going to make my own Turboback Exhaust for my car.
(just a straight pipe from the turbo to the rear)

However I need to know a place to get the flange for the stock turbo. I've got all the pipe I need to get started, all I need is the flange.

Anybody know where I could pick one up?

bumppp

NOt sure about the flange but one thing I do know it that you want to make sure to stay close to the same bends as stock. The bends are there for a reason not just for mounting and placement.

the just order a catless downpipe from ZZP

Yeah that won't be hard, i've got the dimensions and all that. Drew up the plans for it,ETC. (i'm an engineer i'm good at this **** haha) Just gotta get them to throw the pipe in the bender at work and bolt it up after I weld the flange/tip on.

The side exit sounds like complete ass with a a catless dp and is ENTIRELY too loud... ask me how I know..

I do actually have a sound clip I made a week or so ago for a buddy of mine. Yes the camera is only 10' back from the tailpipe, however I did use an actual microphone (not the mic on my camera) to record the audio so the quality is good. It's nothing crazy, but check it out and see if you like the tone. I do have a very small resonator right before the exhaust tip just to take a bit of the raspyness out of the exhaust but other than that it is a full straight pipe turboback exhaust setup.

Don't mind some of the commentary I added. I was busting my own ***** for being a shitty cameraman! lol..

enjoy.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6yQ_2xj3l8

Yeah I've thought about taking it out just to see what it sounds like again but to be honest, it's such a small resonator that it REALLY doesn't quiet it down a whole heck of alot.. Dude when the waiste gate opens at like half throttle holly hell is it loud! lol..

The clutch seems to be holding fine more or less so far. I haven't really noticed much if any slip thus far. Granted I can't seem to find tires that give me enough traction to fully test the clutch so we'll see..
