It's still under warranty, but I have a vet visit scheduled for Saturday, so I am gonna have to get the car in Saturday before that . So much for sleeping late ...

Weird, though - I wonder if it is the heat 'cuz there have been zero problems or symptoms until now at lunch.

I assume it is not the switch as the other windows work fine.


Anyone else have a sudden failure of a window ?

'Cuz it started working on the way home last night, and still is as of this morning.

It has been 100 or greater in H-Town during the heat of the day, and if that door was in the direct sun, who knows ?

I had a co-worker push down on the window ( one hand on either side of the glass ) while I was working the switch - he said it was solidly locked. That was around 3:00 ish.

When I took off at 5:30 I ( of course ) HAD TO keep jacking w/ it, and it finally came back to life.

I'll keep an eye on it - in the meantime, now you know - FWIW.
