I doubt it's totalled. It's too new and there doesn't appear to be any structural damage. I'm surprised you got flipped on your side that's quite a feat!

It's totalled. The book value on these cars plummets after a year and that looks like about 9-10K worth of damage. That's more than half the value of the car, so you're good.

I cant see it being totaled, had you flipped onto the roof that would have caused much more damage then i could see it being totaled easily

It's all gonna depend on structual damage. Bent the frame they may total it out.

there's no way that's totaled. i would assume it would take frame damage or 15k in body damage to total it, and that looks like a few thousand in body damage.

Wink re

well if its not totaled then i dunno it doesnt matter to me. and person that wanted my rims.. lol no you dont. those 2 on the passenger side are garbage now. and question bout powder coat??? nooo its oddly goldish cause we had a bad winter and the salt messd em up and i didnt clean them cause i was gonna get them powtercoated neways. but if it is totaled it depends how much they want for me to buy it and part it out. if so ill let everybody know.. but yea fml on that. i should have pissed my pants so i couldve gotten public embarrassment money!! lololol

Mine needed a rear bumper support and a bumper cover and it was "totaled." We picked it up less than 6 months old with 4k miles on it for $9k and it took less than an hour to fix. I think it depends on the insurance company.

Did the motor stay running? It could have internal damage if it was starved for oil . Side air bags didn't go off?
