08 ss

soooo im looking to throw NOS into the SS/TC what kit should i use and how much of a shot can i run on the car to do the least or no damage to the motor as possible. my freind is tellin me to a 100shot

cars trifecta tuned kn drop in... lmk guys help a brotha out

i would tell your friend if he is going to pay for the motor then do it. 50-75shot with a window switch is the way to go.

dont go power commander.

i am looking into doing the same thing and i am sticking around 50shot.

isnt the intake cast aluminum? it sure looks like it, i dont think it has welds. i could be wrong.

its made out of pure titanium silver alchemical enamel , no welds to bust , NASA uses the same stuff on the space shuttle,

But after that you are going to have to have the "mad scientist" tear apart the motor to replace the piston rings you fried.

nitrous hasn't been run much on the lnf.. it's a valid question for the platform

good lookin out kyle... and the clutch i got the girl buyin it for me lmaoo clutchmasters stage3 and fly wheel lmaoo cars going into the dealership at 1230 then ill give ya a call and ofcourse ill have vince tune for it

if you bought the car in 08 it is considered an 09. if you bought it in 07 when the 08's were on sale. there were no SS/TC.

if your confused on the year and the car year let me give you an example. i bought my 07 in 06. if i would have waited until 07 to buy my 07 it would have been cheaper because the 08's are considered the new car on the lot.

So I guess not only the manufacturer, the dealer, the bank, the DMV, and my insurance company all screwed up when they listed my 2008 chevrolet cobalt ss 2.0 turbo as an 08 model???? hmmm........those fu*kers!
