2 quick NLS and performance display question

Is it normal for the car to over rev to 6500 when nls'ing at 6000?
Is it normal for my performance display to peak at 275 hp/ 313 tq with the stage 1?

totally stock, besides that,
i have a few plans, but im pretty happy with how the car is,
but then again, i said that about my silverado, and trailblazer , in the begining

That's exactly what it should be. GMS1 raises redline to 6500.

2. Probably but the HP/Torque readings from the RPD are not very accurate.
