3bar map sensor upgrade questions

Getting ready for Hptune and was looking to upgrade to 3 bar map sensors as stated in research on this site. When checking my 2009 TC looks as if it has them. When purchasing car I was told it is fully stock...it has paper filter and I have found no mods.

Was immediate upgrade to GM stage 1 an option? This is the correct sensor?

Thanks for the help

Those look like GMS1 sensors to me. Stock sensors are all black.

Your PSI would confirm that.

You can run some intakes like K&N with GMS1.
