400whp???
listen listen dont quote me! i mean seeing numbers as high as 380tq and stuff makes me think it may be able to get done. But none the less a turbo upgrade would be pretty sweet
i bet you'll see 380+whp on a stock turbo in the upcomming year...just a hint tho
the problem wont be internals it will be the clutch..which steddy proved to us their are options (good options) of upgrading

not on stock turbo

I had zero slip problems with the stocker, unless I did something really stupid, like was in too high of a gear and rolled onto the throttle way too hard.
You might be able to get to 360ish whp with a lot of meth and an agressive tune.
It isn't a matter of restriction at that point, it is a matter of a pump, not able to pump any more air.
If you're not retarded, the clutch shouldn't have to be replaced though.

what i was commenting on was the clutch at 380 whp+..because our torque would be threw the roof..
i think a certian tunner is/has worked on a 380 whp + tune but it doesnt work because is said clutch wont hold.
i cant say names tho
The answer to the riddle of making more power isn't turning up the boost anymore.
Everyone acts like 25 lbs of boost is gonna make more power than 22
and magically going to make 30 more than what most people are making tuned.

however..i dont think you will see a 400 whp cobalt on stock turbo.
without power adders like meth/nitrious
^^^^lmao....... no but i know of someone that is doing a 28 or 30psi tune for like 380whp... its siiick, but the clutch wont handel it... also where can i find wat ZZP did.... i want to hit the 380-400whp...
It will just make more torque but the turbo runs out of efficiency faster so max HP will be acheived sooner but powerband will be much shorter and very brutal.

im gonna spray the **** out of my car lol with a nice tune for nitrous...i wanna hopefully hit over 375whp on stock turbo...havent decided if i wanna run meth on top of the n2o, we shall see next year
I think some have gotten close to 360 on e but that's about the top end. Everyone dynos on a chassis Dyno not motor Dyno.
