???????????

soooooooooooo anyone blow up their transmition yet???? cause i really hope im not the first the blow the turbo up and the first to blow their trans up too. 3rd gear exploaded when i flat shifted it the other day. anyone know a good place to get either a new trans or to get mine rebuilt. reallllyyyyy not loking forward to pull my motor again. thanks for any help

Man that sucks I have not heard of anyone else blowing their transmission yet.

well the turbo thing was a peace of metal that shot into my turbo. this time was just me driving the car hard. i should have never got rid of my vette. i love this car when its running right. its just 2 times in 1 year this ******* sucks

Check his mod list...that's a pretty substantial power gain and now two failures. I don't think the driver is necessarily the cause here but I woudn't be surprised if that mod list including the tune is contributing.

Im just curious how u can diagnose his car due to his flywheel?Because there was a thread on pullies,does that mean that all cars with lightweight flywheels that have engine/trans failures,the pullies are gonna be to blame?lol.I have yet to see an ecotec blow up because a lightweight flywheel.

I know of 2 500+whp cobalts running stock trans that are holding up just fine. (mine being one and I drive the **** out of it)

sorry i havent been able to be online the past couple days. thanks for eveyones support. as for driver failor this could be the case but i never had a problem with my 500 whp c6 vette i had before this car. im not saying gm doesnt make good **** im a die hard chevy guy. i flatshifted 3rd like i have since day one and it went boom. thats how it happend. yes i drive my car as hard as i possibly can everytime i start it up thats how i am with anycar i drive. and yes im sure its the trans well 3rd gear only but yeah
