Idk if you can do an A/C delete without an idler pulley to take place of the compressor because the tensioner would cause the belt to come into contact with itself due to the compressor not being there. But the size for the underdrive ati turbo balancer is I believe 15mm smaller than factory. Or at least that's what I think mine was. It fit tight but after a couple times of putting it on and taking it off it got easier as the belt stretched.

I'd also be interested in this for future modding. I would suspect you could remove the AC compressor and put a blank holder w/ pulley. I haven't seen the belt diagram so idk if just removing that pulley part would make it rub.
How did the LSJ do it? I know they had the tune disable it, but did they do a new belt to "delete" it?

well you did go to the extreme. hahahahahahaha
is the easiest way to remove the ac out of a lsj/lnf, what is the best way mark? to gut the compressor? and do you need to revise the tune?
