Am I just getting used to the car?

I dunno I might be getting used to the car now, but it just seems when I step up on it, its not as impressive when I first jumped in the seat.

I have been pretty good to her, broke her in nice, just seems now when I go WOT and that 15 psi its not as fast anymore?
Anyone one else get that?

I find the same when I get on it on on-ramps, doesn't "feel" the same as it used to but is pulling harder than it did when new.

prob. just getting use to it. I use to have a dodge caliber and when I drove my wifes mazda 3 it felt decently quick. Whenever I drive it now it feels slower than dogshit!!

That's everything in life my friend...Once the excitement and newness fades, the need for more comes in.

Actually, I just recently drove a 2.2L 2008 Coupe, and it was a little spunkier than my 2.2L 2007 Sedan. So I think there's a little bit of reason to this.

I know the '08 2.4 actually makes a little bit more power than the 06-07... not sure about the 2.2 but in your comparison there might actually be a power difference.

It was actually a much more comfortable ride. I really want a coupe now.

But it was faster to 110 km/hr when I was merging onto hwy 2. So that's the part that gets me. (I floored it)
