ok so I just got the hahn intake installed however now the breather hose does not stay attached there is like a black coupler on the hose that keeps coming apart almost all the way whenever Im at wot anyone know how to fix this I didnt even think that piece was suppose to come apart?

anyone?

ya it sucks im not sure what the problem is

 

its called electrical tape. use it till hahn does something about it, it won't come apart anymore.

 

why not add some bubble gum and watch it blow bubbles

 

i put electrical taped mine and i dont have problems.

 

did you pull it on until you heard the click??

I just put a sri on my cobalt ss/tc and I was wondering how you did the electrical tape thing. My steel braided hose does not seem very secure. I can just pull it off by hand. If someone could post a pic or explain, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

What brand intake? If it is a Dejon, you are better off removing the stainless hose completely and clamping a rubber one on there so you get no leaks.

 

hahn is great with customers. bill returned my phone call today with important news for an upcoming product thats coming out..... i needed to know before i purchased something that was compltley unnecisary and then would have to re purchase.

 

Bill will always help out, you just have to ask, and allow a little time...

 

How do you remove stainless hose from the side on the engine?

 

this is why i dont do things myself lol i have professionals whom i know do the job for me at a discounted rate lol.
